Jump, Speed, and Agility - HS only Volleyball
This camp offers you the opportunity to work with a college strength trainer. Will Hayes, head of Wingate University's Athletic Strength Training, will teach specific athletic qualities and movement patterns important to on-court success. Athletes will Have vertical jump tested via electronic jump mat and see their progress across the week; learn how to optimize their jumping technique, linear, and lateral movement; Be trained using jump, speed, and agility drills from a college strength coach similar to the same training done at Division I strength and conditioning programs; Be empowered in a positive coaching environment and receive a glimpse of Division I athletic development.
Cost is $125 per session.
Session #1: July 9-12
Session #2: July 16-19
Session #3: July 23-26
