Passing and Digging #2 - MS Volleyball (Indoor)
The MS passing and digging camp focuses on the first contact of the ball off of a serve or an attack. Passing and digging are key components to being able to set and hit. This camp will teach proper footwork and platform work, as well as teach players how to hit the floor when they are digging in a way that keeps them safe!
