August MS Training Burst
Get ready for your middle school season and/or tryouts with this three week training session! These sessions are great building blocks for those that have already had tryouts and are looking to improve their skills, and for those getting ready for tryouts! Emphasis will be put on serving, ball control, setting, and fundamentals of attacking and serve receive.
When: August 1-24th, Monday/Wednesday, (No Session on August 10th)
Time: 6:30-8pm
Ages: 6-8th Grades for the 2022-23 School Year
